The Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Novosibirsk Region reports that in the course of the implementation of the municipal contract concluded by the management of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Department of Capital Construction" and the head of LLC "Masstroyelit", the signing of fictitious documents was organized and works on dewatering during the construction of a kindergarten for 6.7 million rubles were accepted . The work was paid but not completed.
The investigating authorities believe that the management of the UKS in 2020, with the help of a controlled company, prepared fictitious documents and approved the construction of a kindergarten for 5 million rubles. It was established that these works were not carried out by anyone, but at the same time they were paid.
Recently, cases related to the criminal prosecution of persons who have concluded and executed a state or municipal contract have acquired a special public resonance.
