Bonds of the second issue are included in the default list on the Moscow Exchange website. A message about the occurrence of a technical default was announced today by a representative of the holders of securities of YuLKM LLC. The cost of unfulfilled obligations amounted to 554,800 rubles. The reason for the default was a tax audit, during which the company is expected to receive significant additional taxes and be forced to change the tax regime, which led to a significant increase in the tax burden.

LLC "Uncle Doner" has two issues of bonds in circulation with a total volume of 110 million rubles. For the first bonded loan, according to the terms of the issue, on the date of payment of the next coupon, the monthly amortization repayment of bonds in the amount of 1/3 of their face value should begin, with final repayment in July 2021.

The owners of the company are Anton Lykov, CEO of the network, Anton Suprun, founder of the mineral water producer Petroglyph, and his wife Lyudmila.
