Natura Siberica entered a difficult period of life after the death of its creator. Relatives of Andrey Trubnikov, the founder of Natura Siberica, who died in January 2021, are suing the company's legal entities in anticipation of an inheritance. However, other structures are trying to sue more than 4 billion rubles. If the company loses this court, then the heirs risk getting almost nothing.

The second retail chain of Natura Siberica and Andrei Trubnikov, Organic Shop, has 96 stores, including 13 abroad. The parent structure of Natura Siberica is the First Solution company. Trubnikov's share is 62%, 23% belongs to the ex-wife of the businessman Irina, who remained his business partner, another 15% belongs to his son Dmitry. That is, the entire state is here, no offshore companies are mentioned.
