The authorities of Mezhdurechensk are recovering more than 200 million rubles of rent debts from Yuzhny Kuzbass, Kommersant writes.

The company has not fulfilled its obligation to pay rent for 2-3 months, so the total debt of Yuzhny Kuzbass, together with accrued penalties, exceeds 200 million rubles. The municipal property management committee intends to recover the entire amount of the debt through the courts, and several more claims will be filed in the near future.
OAO Yuzhny Kuzbass is one of the largest coal-mining companies in the Russian Federation, it includes 3 mines, 4 cuts, 4 processing plants, the Tomusinsk motor transport department and a number of auxiliary enterprises.
