Evgeny Lachkov and Leonid Goldenberg, each of whom owns 32% of the charter capital of the National Computer Corporation, sued the president of the company, Alexander Kalinin, demanding to pay them more than 130 million rubles and 510 million rubles, respectively, from the NCC itself.

The lawyer representing the interests of Lachkov and Goldenberg said that if Kalinin did not comply with their demands, they would go to court. Claims relate to changes in the Charter of the Aquarius group of companies, which is part of the NCC. It should be noted that these changes will not allow transactions with Aquarius securities without the consent of all shareholders.

Former NCC President Alexei Kalinin considers the accusations unfounded. In his opinion, in order to calculate their hypothetical losses, NCC participants must demonstrate that changes in corporate governance reduce the value of their shares.

The corporate conflict in NCC began in the spring. The Kalinin family hopes to buy shares from Leonid Goldenberg and Evgeny Lachkov, but they want to sell their shares to Denis Frolov, co-owner of the Astra Linux group.
