The Arbitration Court of Novosibirsk received a statement of claim from OJSC Soyuz to declare the insolvency (bankruptcy) of CJSC NEVZ-Vector. It is reported by RBC.
It is reported that the court has not yet made a decision on accepting the application for consideration.
NEVZ-Vector is one of the holding structures of PJSC NEVZ-Soyuz, which also includes NEVZ-Telecom, NEVZ-VKA, NEVZ-Ceramics, Soyuztelecom-International, SEL and Lada.
The holding company was founded in 1992 and is considered one of the country's largest strategic companies producing technical ceramics and electronic components.
At the end of March of this year, the court recovered from the Novosibirsk manufacturer of nanoceramics NEVZ-Ceramics, also a member of NEVZ-Soyuz, in favor of the state corporation Rosnano, a debt in the amount of more than 700 million rubles. Oleg Medvedko, co-owner of the NEVZ-Soyuz holding, said that the parties did not intend to sell the plant's property, they were jointly looking for a way out of the crisis.
