The Novosibirsk company "Shmel" LLC is going bankrupt LLC "Trading Holding Siberian Giant".
The court accepted the bankruptcy claim of the debtor LLC TH Siberian Giant at the beginning of October 2021. The amount of the debt is more than 36.4 million rubles.
As reported at the beginning of the summer of 2021, Shmel LLC applied to the Arbitration Court of the Novosibirsk Region in order to recover from the Siberian Giant a debt under a supply agreement in the amount of 35.9 million rubles.
On the basis of an assignment agreement, Shmel LLC bought the right to claim against Trade Holding Siberian Giant LLC. This became the basis for filing a claim in arbitration.
In August, the Arbitration Court of the Novosibirsk Region satisfied the claims of Shmel LLC and ordered the Siberian Giant to pay the entire debt in the amount of 35.9 million rubles. In addition to this, the Siberian Giant, by a court decision, must pay interest for the use of other people's funds in the amount of 295.6 thousand rubles.
All stores of the Siberian Giant closed in the summer of 2021.
It should be recalled that at the beginning of June, the Torgsib company also filed a lawsuit for recognition of the insolvency of the Siberian Giant trading holding. The organization demanded to recover more than 600 thousand rubles from the defendant. But later the application was withdrawn due to the full payment of the debt.
