Promsvyazbank filed a lawsuit with the Arbitration Court of the Novosibirsk Region to declare the Center for Housing Steel Construction LLC bankrupt.
Bank representatives intend to recover almost half a billion rubles
During the construction of the microdistrict, resources were exhausted, in addition, regulatory authorities demanded compliance with the rules. At the end of 2018, the Novosibirsk government said that DZHN could borrow from "one of the major banks" to complete the construction of houses on Bolshaya Street in the Leninsky District, construction of which was suspended in 2017. Also, apartments in the new building Novomarusino were bought by the mayor's office of Novosibirsk. The authorities purchased one-room, two-room and three-room apartments for the resettlement of dilapidated and dilapidated housing.
According to the public procurement service, the housing department of the mayor's office signed 18 contracts for a total amount of about 234 million rubles. 130 apartments were paid for from the city budget and the State Assistance Fund for the reform of housing and communal services.
A court hearing has been scheduled for March 11, 2021 in the Novomarusino ZhK case. Alexander Chernus filed a lawsuit to recover almost half a billion rubles in debt under a promissory note loan agreement and interest on it in the amount of about 200 million rubles.

there are unfulfilled obligations to the bank, secured by the same property as the agreement on opening a credit line in the bank of DZhN LLC itself. The director and founder of Center for Housing Steel Construction LLC is Vadim Vervyansky, the sole beneficiary of Affordable Housing LLC Novosibirsk. In this regard, an encumbrance has been imposed on the land on which the Novomarusino residential complex was built.
In total, two apartment buildings were not built in Novomarusino. According to shareholders, the money was invested by about 700 families. In a conversation with managers, the figure of 350 investors appears, but it is not specified for one or two objects under consideration. The company expects that the bankruptcy procedure could last up to a year.
